Advantages:

A scalable solution of fair distribution insuring the delivery of resources to their recipients for diverse populations, while keeping unchanged the personalities of individuals and the identities and habits of the small groups constituting that populations, when each group gets its proportional part, but non “takes it all” and when each individual has the power, versus that group, to move the budget used upon her/his name.

Solving the problems of misrepresentation, when trust is breaking, especially when the majority in such society has only void representation, being of all opposing voters plus all abstentions from that voting. • good for strengthening small businesses being, or contracting with, the branches in the union, while the information about the idea can passes via the small businesses struggling in front of the approaching international giants and
• good for startups in various fields sympathizing with the democratic economy approach, when are contracting with the projects, to bridge over the middleman, while reducing the price gap toward the customers, as the participants may participate in some projects per each of the fields to avoid project’s monopolizing of such field - fields such as of consumption, housing, transport, communications/media education etc, eg: in the consumption field – projects of the direct marketing to consumers from farmers/producers/creators/importers.

• A: Any person can invite (3, in the case of ngo,) other people to form together their body of trusts as members of their Syndicate legal body, together having only same vote, while together forming a majority between the members of that Syndicate of a liquid unions networking body.
  • The networking body may be Ngo(verein)/Public-Benefit-Corporation/Foundation and be used for accelerating its Liquid Union temporal projects, which are to be terminated after some time (like 1/2 or 1 year) and then, as new legal bodies, are to be contracted with the networking body serving such liquid unions network in Consulting, Digitalizing, Campaigning ,Artistic fields etc;
• B: One member of the body of trust in the networking body must be the mediator to/from the other (3) members serving as its specialist in advisory board,
  • where the specialist could be lawyer, accountant, marketer, fund-raiser, budget-manager etc, which are consulting-the and inspecting-the or compensated-as the board stuff of the networking body and
  • where reasonable compensation for such service is permissible if the bylaws allow and if safeguards are in place to make sure that compensation is fair and in line with what similar organizations provide.

Liquid union defined here is an organization of the people being its participants, which, per project supplying their specific need, are periodically voting for their supplying branch, as the branches are financed proportionally to the participants' vote.

• It is made to harmonize, decentralize and empower its participants while reflecting their will (not only choice from limited choices given by some power/elite), such that, the power over the money flow is back under the control of the participants (and not of their representative and bureaucrats), while the participants can move between the branches without losing their union privileges, while split and gathered groups can still maintain their critical mass to achieve their needs and while each group wins its proportional part but never a "Winner Takes All".

• The liquid union is registered as a voluntary association (entitled for some tax deduction).
• 5 fields of projects in any liquid union (optionally using their blockchain and other p2p technologies accelerated by their cloud power channels):
  • Consumption channeled by shops,
  • Transportation channeled by lines of car sharing,
  • Housing channeled by law-firms/hostels/social-real-estate
  • Media/education channeled by channels.
  • Banks/insurance/investment of fiat/distributed coins channeled by their cloud power channels,
• Some part of each of the channels of the liquid union is held
  • 51% by the liquid union and

To better reflect the long will of the voters and to reduce some forgotten dramatic and random argumentation pushed around such votes and to reducing the effect of high turnout of only small/special interest group of voters, being more organized than the other voters, while lowering the general turnout, we can:

• 1. Increase the time between the proposal and the conclusion date (the participation time), being just before turning all announcements to votes and just after counting all the announcements and allow in participation time:
  • 1.1. each voter to announce or change her/his announcement;
  • 1.2. the statistic of the announcements be published and available to all voters.
• 2. Add some more limit conditions for the validation of the proposal in its conclusion date, such that when each limit is not reached, then the vote is canceled, limits such as
  • 2.1. a minimum turnout per vote,
  • 2.2. a limit for tolerance, being the number of changes of announcement per voter together with the limit for the ratio of such tolerance in the vote,
